The Somerset Emporium at Curry Mallet Stores
Nestled in the delightful village of Curry Mallet, just 15 minutes from the M5, is Curry Mallet Stores and Post Office. Home to The Somerset Emporium range of products, this lovely little shop is a treasure trove of Somerset-produced goodies. Julia’s home baked cakes also pull the crowds, bringing people from far and wide, all eager to sample something scrummy along with a cup of Miles’ Somerset coffee or tea.
The Somerset Emporium range aims to showcase the wonderful food, drink, gifts, art and crafts produced in our county. We think you’re sure to find something to tempt you, either as gift, a treat for yourself or as a memento of time spent here. Take your time, have a browse, soak up the atmosphere of a traditional village shop and have a delicious tea or coffee and something from our homemade range. Perhaps a tasty cheese scone, scrumptious piece of cake or moreish ginger crunch or honey and oat flapjack (selection varies according to what Julia feels like baking each day!).
If coming for tea, we would suggest calling ahead as our shop is “compact”! We’d hate you not to be able to perch while munching a treat!
